布拉格三個皇冠酒店的評價

這個酒店讓我很失望，跟平台上顯示的圖片中的房間完全不一樣，他們的價格也有時標的不合理，如果你衹是住一住可以選擇它，如果對環境有一定的要求的話一定不能選它，環境差太多了,它頂多值四百元人民幣一晚

飯店設施和早餐整體還算滿意，但地點離市中心有點遠，去市中心有點不方便。當然，附近有很多電車運行，搭乘電車就可以到達。房間裡沒有冰箱，有些不便。負責為客人服務的工作人員很友善地回應。

有些房間沒有窗戶，幾乎不可能待在那裡。 位置不太好。 早餐和提供的個人服務都很棒。謝謝你們女士們。

一年後回來。住宿就在街對面的大樓。早餐高於平均。位置靠近電車/巴士，離市中心不遠。

工作人員很好而且很友好。靠近公車站和電車站。

雖然飯店並不位於旅遊景點，但這裡有您需要的一切，如餐廳、酒吧、咖啡館等。早餐很棒。服務非常出色，尤其是接待員 Antonin，他推薦了很好的餐廳、很好的酒吧，這些都很完美！他真的很有幫助。

位置很好，靠近很多小商店。物有所值。前台似乎人手不足，並且對免費飲料禮品感到困惑。 非常好的淋浴。

房間不錯，但床後面不乾淨，地點很好，離公車站很近

Siamo stati qui per due notti a Praga: hotel ben tenuto, camere spaziose, moderne e pulite. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo (71€ per due camere doppie), abbastanza abbondante e varia. La hall dell’albergo molto elegante, nonostante non si potesse entrare dall’ingresso principale per dei lavori.

L’albergo si divide in due strutture una vecchia, dove abbiamo alloggiato e presumo una nuova. Stanze grandi ma pulizia che lasciava a desiderare, un bollitore con polvere e che puzzava di aceto, riscaldamento con radiatori credo del 1800…uscivi dalla stanza e nel corridoio si gelava, sempre perché c’erano i radiatori ma spentiii!!Con -4 gradi fuori dentro la stanza ma in tutta la struttura direi dovresti girare a maniche corte e non con sciarpa e cappello!!! Unica nota positiva la colazione. Solo quella.

it was incredibly cheap to book but god did it show why. bed was hard and while the room was clean we didnt always get fresh towels. i did also notice silver fish bugs in the bath too. the room was boiling and our fan didn’t work and i asked for a new one but they didn’t replace it. although the room was noisy from morning deliveries at 5am and general outside noise. it was a good location and had a working safe which was helpful and the room was very big. it’s worth the stay for a cheap couple of nights.

Das war kein Urlaub - die Freude auf den Pragurlaub wurde uns schnell genommen. Vorab - überhöhte Ansprüche haben wir nicht. Wir haben unsere Reise vorzeitig abgebrochen. Es war einfach nicht zu ertragen. Das Zimmer wirkt wie ein Abstellraum. Es ist sehr sehr klein - Bett, Stuhl Schreibtisch- fertig. Die Dachfenster lassen sich nicht richtig öffnen, die Sommernächte sind somit nicht zu ertragen. Die Möbel sehen schäbig und veraltet aus. Das Bett / Lattenrost ist defekt. Morgens sind wir mit Schmerzen aufgestanden. Das Essen war Standard Einen Parkplatz hätten wir vorab buchen sollen, wurde aber nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert. Das Personal war nicht hilfreich-Schulterzucken/ Desinteresse Wir fühlten uns in keinster Weise Willkommen. NIE WIEDER!

酒店夠了。在早上繁忙的時候，早餐休息室沒有足夠的座位。房間足夠了。飯店工作人員的英語不是最好的，這引出了我的下一點。我預訂了 2 月 9 日至 2 月 16 日期間在這家酒店的住宿，因為我需要一個價格實惠的住宿地點，靠近我要試鏡的卡林劇院。我於2月13日出發去英國探望我的姐姐，並於15日返回。我告訴接待員我不會退房，我會回來。然而，15日我回來時發現我留在房間裡的所有物品都被扔掉了。包括一些非常昂貴的外套和我的電腦。在與酒店經理討價還價後，他說他要去調查，但沒有報銷我扔掉的物品，儘管酒店政策規定他們應該將房間內發現的物品保留在失物招領處三個月。這讓我相信這些物品被從我的房間偷走了，有人穿著我的東西走來走去。非常沮喪，仍在尋求針對這家酒店的法律訴訟。
