You’ll be overlooking a beautiful city park and field with mountain views. Huge firepit outside and big stone fireplace inside mean chilly nights after a day in the sun are more than toasty. With 3+ bedrooms, everyone in the house has a super comfortable place to sleep. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen provide the nicest touch of luxury. The 6-minute walk to the 7-mile white, sandy beach and downtown means the joys of beach life with the chance to retreat from the crowds to a spacious yard and home. The great room features a large stone gas fireplace, huge couch and 65" Smart TV. The big front yard includes Adirondack-like chairs around the large firepit and a picnic table while the back yard is fully enclosed with a bubling hot tub. Fencing and gates ensure safety for pets. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
