The absolute worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy. We had to have the front desk come clean the bathroom. When you can walk barefoot on the carpet and your feet are black and nasty. That should tell you something. I couldn’t wait to get home the next day and take a full bath with something that would kill bacteria. The breakfast the next morning was virtually an edible so of course we didn’t eat.this motel needs to be checked by the health department.

The people in the room beside me were in and out the door, slamming it and pulling the transmission out of their Tahoe, right in front of my door so there was no sleeping for me between the floor jack the tools banging and the sound of a driveshaft hitting the pavement at 2 o’clock in the morning and it 27° outside. I finally got up and left.

The Days Inn generally is fine for a short stop over during a road trip. But we were greatly disappointed with the hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a big sunken area on one side. The sheets weren’t very clean and overall we had a bad experience.

Don't be fooled about this location. It's not in West Jefferson but in Jefferson about 8 miles away. Worst motel I ever stayed in. Room wasn't very clean and was poorly appointed. No coffee pods were provided, nor were cups or drinking glasses. Bathroom was unheated. Had to run the hot water faucet through about 30 gallons to finally get mildly warm water. Bed spreads had stains. Breakfast offering was minimal, not that I would eat there since they posted a B sanitation rating. Would give less than zero stars if I could. If this is worthy of Wyndham Hotels, I won't be staying with them anymore.

I booked a non refundable room weeks in advance. When I arrived after a 15 hour drive, I was told my room had been given to someone else. The room I was able to eventually get was nothing like the room I had originally booked, far more expensive, the TV didn’t work, and the floor was so dirty the bottom of my feet were completely black.

Stay away. The motel rooms are disgusting. Major maintenance repairs are needed and a serious cleaning. I don’t know what was going on in check-in because it took way long. I think there were so many rooms with issues that the front desk clerk couldn’t figure out where to put us. The maintenance guy was running to the room before it was assigned to see if it was ok. It was a cluster. Flea bag motel is what comes to mine. I would never stay here again.

Rooms smelled musty and everything felt damp. Took your breath away when you walked in. We asked other customers about their rooms and they had the same issue. Very old motel needing a total overhaul. Seemed to be very short staffed as well. We didn’t have any washcloths in our room and another customer was in the office trying to get towels and toilet paper. The clerk hadn’t finished drying the towels. If you have allergies do not stay here.

When I arrived to check in there was a long line of people complaining that their room was filthy, they had no remote, they had not towels, etc. When I got to the desk and checked in I was handed a roll of toilet paper because I guess there was none in the room. The ice machine was broken, apparently for some time because I was told to drive to Burger King to buy some. Worst of all, I was charged twice for the one night. When I called to correct, I was told one would be reversed. A few days later, not only was it not reversed, I was charged a third time. I called 5 days in a row and each time was told only a manager can fix this and one would call in the afternoon. No one ever called. I called back each afternoon and was told there was no manager, try again tomorrow. This went for 5 days before I find a credit card dispute. This place is disgusting and fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

This Days Inn was disgusting. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets had not been washed and there was no hot water. Some reservations were not honored, even though the reservations were made months in advance. The staff was not concerned with any of our issues

Stayed for 4 nights and the bathtub was stained black and also saw some cockroaches or something crawling up the wall and did not change the sheets at all. They also do not serve hot breakfast like they used to. It’s now just cold breakfast.

The clerk said our King room was being painted and no other King rooms were available. We were offered a room with 2 double beds and a $20.00 discount. We took it as we were tired and needed rest. Once in the room the paint had been touched up with a different colored paint which looked hideous and no remote for the TV. We had to go and ask for a remove as there wasn't a telephone in the room.

Sketchy place, Grade B sanitation rating! Checked in, went to room flipped back bedspread and found what appeared to be blood on the bedspread. Moldy/mildew smell with heavy incense/perfume cover smell, old and tired. Requested money back and was given refund.Left and went to Holiday Inn Express to a nice clean, comfortable safe feeling room.

Dirty , no service, no decent help, bathroom had not been cleaned used articles from last tenant still in there, bed top cover yellow stain, other bed no fitted sheet, no creamer ,sugar, spoon just coffee in room breakfast consisted of oatmeal packs and some fruit, service was terrible

We stayed here recently, it was horrible.I read reviews and admired the photos. On checking in the lobby was clean and appealing and smelled lovely. The receptionist was friendly and everything was as expected. We were given room 147, our companion 149. Our room was appalling, The paint was worn off the wall from a previous headboard, There was no smoke alarm, but the wires were hung out of the ceiling. The room smelled horrible. I travel with air fresheners, they didn’t help. The refrigerator leaked, I stepped in a puddle beside the bed. There appeared to be a blood clot on the curtains. The remote control was missing, so no TV. Our bathroom was outdated but clean, no exhaust fan. The sheets were clean but the coverlet was badly stained. We arrived after 6:00 so I was charged before we arrived. If we had not been traveling on a motorcycle and arriving at sunset I would have left and fought the charges, but you can’t sleep on a bike. This is my first negative review but this is the worst room I have seen in 30 years.
