La reserva del hotel se iso tengo pruebas y tengo el descuento en mi cuenta bancaria que retiro el dinero cuando se usó la reserva , y llegando al hotel me dicen que no ay reserva con ellos y me tocó pagar nuevamente una habitación y que tenía que hablar con ustedes para un reembolso del dinero que ellos no piden hacer nada , aparte del comentario Queiro que me ayuden con el reembolso del dinero que no tengo respuesta de e ustedes por favor de ante mano muchas gracias

No tenía toallas, y cobija menos. Nos fuimos a duchar y el jabón no estaba. Tengo fotos y videos deberían estar más pendientes. Nos dijeron vamos a arreglarle la habitación en 15 minutos pueden subir . no informe nada pero tengo fotos y videos que no lo había Quizás se les olvidó a la persona del aseo de las habitaciones pero deben tener más cuidado .

I was charged by hotel when I checked in , I didn’t know that also ******* has charged me already ,when booking , it’s been a nightmare to get the refund from them, I don’t recommend , not even a small fridge in the room , the tv was broken and I called them to come and fix it, they never showed up, I wouldn’t recommend

I stayed in Ayenda 1250 Perlatto from Jan 27-31 on a business trip and was expecting a great experience since it had good reviews, yet it was the complete opposite. When I arrived the hotel clerks told me to park my rental car at a very insecure area on their parking lot and after I expressed my concerns about the car being hit by other cars or motorcycles on the crowded garage they told me not to worry and after I parked the clerk asked me to drive and park another guest car he had to move since he didn't know how to drive so even though I was surprised I did it as a courtesy. Two days after I arrived around 11:30PM the parking gate was closed and no one at the concierge desk. I waited for a while until I saw a hotel employee that opened the gate and asked me to park in the same unsafe spot blocking other cars since they didn't have any other space left. At 3:45AM while I was asleep the rooms phone rang incessantly, and they came up to knock on my door. I asked what was going on and the hotel concierge asked me to go downstairs to move the car since they needed to move another car. Astounded I asked if it was normal for them to wake up a guest to move a car from the parking spot, they asked me to use, and his response was that they didn't have space and that I should go move it. After the third time of explaining it was incredible for them to wake up guests at their discretion even though I was following their parking instructions they kept on insisting so I politely said no and good night and went to sleep. Next day I saw they pushed my rental God knows how so I decided to check out and asked for credit for the remaining nights due to their attitude. Their response was that their policy was not to refund any money, so I told them to keep the remaining nights balance and left. No one, even the hotel manager excused their attitude or situation while I was leaving. I've travelled all over the world (US, Latin America, Europe) at least 300 trips and never in my life have had a remotely similar situation. I wouldn't stay there again even if they offered it for free. Don't stay there, avoid at all costs.
